As IT Project Coordinator HR you will coordinate and manage multiple projects of different size, and the related resources, at Delhaize Belgium IT HR in order to achieve project objectives and results. Thanks to your strong organizational skills you can prioritize between different tasks to complete the projects within the deadline. As Project Coordinator HR IT you report to the IT Domain Lead HR.
In close cooperation with various stakeholders you will capture project requests, needs, scope and deliverables. As owner of the projects you will determine budget and required resources, identify, discuss and manage risks and get the right team involved and on track. You keep stakeholders informed and provide internal and external communication about the project. You set up and/or use a control system for monitoring projects. You coordinate, control, monitor and drive project activities, manage project scope, resources and budget and take corrective actions when necessary.
You report on the project status to the project stakeholders; follow Delhaize project management procedures (ensures gates validation, coordinates with PMO office, …) and monitor all relevant project management constraints (risks, scope, budget, quality). You evaluate and close project(s), identify and analyze lessons learned, archive project documents and when relevant ensure hand-over of the project to requestor, line management and/or the rest of the Delhaize organization.
You coordinate and motivate the people working on the managed projects. You build, maintain and utilize a network of internal and external stakeholders / partners, represent the project where applicable and communicate about it when necessary to create a network that contributes to project success, project buy-in and acceptance thus ensuring that all project stakeholders are aligned.
