Introductie
Our customer is a well known national total ICT & Telecom Solutions provider covering Infrastructure services (Networking, Security & UCC), Cloud/Workplace Technologies, Managed Services/Outsourcing and Digital Transformation (IoT, etc).
Due to their growth in Belgium and technical Innovtion we are currently reinforcing the Internal Business & Project Analyst team responsible for all internal End to End project
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
- Work closely with the Project Management team for the delivery of complex and multi-technologies ICT E2E projects related to new products and services to internal an external users (ERP, CRM, OSS/BSS, Infra, Inhouse Applications, Billing, Cloud, etc)
- Assess, underline and facilitate project impacts on all departments concerned.
- Mitigate Scope of projects, Business needs and feasibility (through rationalization and/or innovation)
- Work hand by the hand with the business in both scoping and delivery phases taking into consideration both short term delivery and business long terms strategy
Jouw profiel
- University grade in Electronics, ICT or Telecom
- A few years experience in very complex ICT structure mixing legacy and innovative technologies
- Any experience working on complex internal ICT projects within the Telecom is a plus
- Strong interest in ICT technology evolution
- Analytic mind coupled with an ability to look at the global picture
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Persuasive and assertive
- Fluent English + French/Dutch
