Immoweb is looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Seller Leads to launch and commercialize this exciting new business initiative. Seller Leads is one of Immoweb important growth initiatives, aimed at helping real estate agencies fueling their "properties for sales" portfolio in a digital, efficient manner.
You will drive this new business initiative as a startup manager in collaboration with the CMO. The team size (direct and/or indirect reports) is estimated up to 10-25 FTE’s within 3-4 years depending on the business success.
You will be responsible for the go-to-market, strategy, and ultimately P&L. This will also include identifying new business opportunities and translating them into new revenue streams. You will drive day-to-day operations, align resources to achieve the key business priorities and proactively mitigate business, operational & governance risks to solve any issues. You’re a pragmatic and result oriented person who can facilitate fast results. You will be responsible for on-time and in-budget delivery. You will be the main point of contact and take ownership to make sure the business moves forward while facilitating and supporting a cross-departmental team. You will work with senior managers while being customer-focused and detail oriented. When necessary, you will identify and hire key resources to complement this high performing team and ensure their full engagement for success. You will build trust relations with customers, key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders. With your entrepreneurial, digital and managerial talents, you will have a huge impact on the achievements of this new business initiative.
You will be responsible for the coordination, implementation and completion of this innovative digital initiative within Immoweb. You will process a large volume of work in a challenging and fast changing environment. You will be responsible for the business case and ensure the profitability of the business. You will scope, structure and plan the Seller Leads initiative in a roadmap to ensure delivery. You will define the overall governance and priorities. You will set goals, define KPI’s and deliverables. You will define the tasks and the required resources and work closely together with other departments within Immoweb (Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, BCI, Product Owners, IT, etc.). You will work with tight deadlines. You will streamline and formalize processes. You will monitor, report and communicate on the progress, milestones, timeline and budget. You will develop strong relationships with the project stakeholders and take the initiative to work together with all parties involved to find a compromise if challenges arise. Key in your role is the ability to analyze fast and excel in problem solving skills. You will steer decisions and are willing to get your hands dirty when necessary.

You will translate all these insights into tangible ideas and value propositions. You will initiate the internal and external communication of the project. The profile requirements
You have startup experience, building small but high performing teams and to achieve high value milestones with limited resources.
You have at least 10 years’ experience in fast-paced environments, of which at least 5 in digital.
MBA or minimum 2 years in a top consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey...) are a strong plus.
You possess outstanding leadership skills.
You are familiar with diverse business functions such as sales, marketing, finance, etc. Hands-on experience with these functions will be a plus.
You have a solid sales/business development experience.
