Reporting directly to the Director of the Facility Management and Security Department, the incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative and technical assistance and will contribute to the activities of the department with a fine sense of organisation and paying the utmost attention to quality, efficiency and accuracy.
The Formalities and Travel Assistant will carry out all or several of the following specialised technical activities in accordance with the responsibilities delegated to him/her, the degree of autonomy granted and in compliance with the established major orientations:

General secondary education diploma or, preferably, an Advanced Technician diploma (French BTS-type) in tourism or equivalent.
