Your job would be to contact our clients as well as build, maintain and nurture relationships with Clients. You will be providing excellent customer service within a team-orientated environment; external and internal communication are vital. At Ivy we care for, guide, challenge as well as inspire our clients to take the right steps in achieving thing personal goals.
The Client follow up is essential and it will be your responsibility to keep the CRM updated at all times as well as execute all administration directly connected to any activity with the Clients.
