A Customer Service function has just been created within a company active in the industrial and medical sector in Anderlecht. If you perfectly speak Polish or Romanian, with a good level of English do not miss this opportunity to join an international company in full development.

As Customer Service, you will be responsible for:

Being the first contact person for B2B customers
Managing the follow-up of your client portfolio
Managing the back orders situations and all service complaints received from your customers
Providing reports on the customer order status, shipments and backorders as required
Giving commercial support to the Sales team

The ideal profile of the Customer Service:

You are fluent in Spanish with a very good knowledge of English and French
You have a first experience as a Customer Service
You have a Bachelor or a Master degree
You are a team player and a sales mindset
You are rigorous, proactive and organized
You have excellent communication skills by phone and by mail
You have a basic knowledge in ERP (SAP is a plus)
