To help grow their European operations (based in Diegem) our client has the need for a Customer Care Functional Analyst to support their European clients and business partners.
The position is suitable for candidates with previous experience in a customer support position for EDI applications (such as VMI and WMS).
Some travel within Europe to visit clients may be necessary, in addition to occasional visits to the US HQ for training.
As a Customer Care Functional Analyst, you will provide first and second level technical support to European clients.
The position is responsible for incident analysis, resolution and escalation, pro-active monitoring and documentation. You will also provide guidance to improve customer business performance and processes related to inventory replenishment.
