As Credit Controller you will be responsible for:
- Risk assessment and customer validation for new accounts as well as existing clients
- Follow up on unpaid invoices both by telephone and by e-mail.
- Collaborating with Credit Insurers to ensure maximum insurance cover on the customer portfolio
- Collaborating with the Commercial team and the Finance team
- Exploring various types of securities with customers
- Proactively work alongside customers to further anticipate potential payment problems
Profile of ideal Credit Controller
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics
- 1-2 years of prior work experience
- You are hands on, communicative, analytical and result-oriented
- Fluent in English, French and Dutch
- Team player with good resistance to stress
