My client is developing a construction site and is urgently looking for a Construction Manager.
The expertise of the company extends over different areas including industry, real estate, pharma, etc ... which will allow you to participate in projects of great diversity.

Your responsibilities will be;
- Managing all the stages of a construction site
- Control the safety on the site and report to your n+1
- Take the lead in construction in both West- and East Flanders
- Do you have more 10 years experience or more as Construction Manager?
- Do you have technical knowledge and experience in several projects?
- Speaking Dutch and French is an advantage.
- You work as freelancer
Enjoy a daily salary between €500 and €750 ex btw a day according to your experience.
