As a customer service employee, you are responsible for the handling of client orders for the Middle-East region. You check the incoming orders for errors and - if necessary - you collect the missing information. You are responsible for the correct handling of orders in the ERP-system. You have a master degree or the same the intellectual credentials and preferably experience in a customer service function within a logistic (international) environment. You have an excellent knowledge of English and French and a good understanding of Dutch. You are a teamplayer, dynamic, customer-focused and stress resistant.
