For one of our clients specialized in the insurance sector and located in the Province of Liège, is HAYS Sales & Marketing looking for a Customer Journey Expert NL-FR
As a Customer Journey Expert, you'll be responsible of the customer journey management in order to achieve customer satisfaction and in a long-term perspective, engagement of the customer. You'll analyse the customer needs and behaviours linked to the different channels. Then, you'll design several digital customer journey depending on the channel and analyse what works and doesn't. You'll also translate these data into personalized digital campaigns for the targeted audience in order to achieve a better ROI for prospects and existing clients.
Moreover, you'll develop action plans for the lead generation optimization and customer loyalty. After that, you'll analyze the campaign's performance and suggest recommendations for a better personalization and communication automation.
To do so, you'll collaboration with the external agency and several internal departments.
For this profile, we're looking for candidates with a Master's degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent and with a first relevant experience in Digital Marketing/ Inbound Marketing and specifically with CRM tools such (Salesforce, Hubspot,..). An excellent level in Dutch and French is mandatory. The ideal candidate has analytical skills, good communication, team spirit, is passionate about new marketing technologies and has project management skills.
