The "Business Process Specialist - Sales" works closely with Global OE and AFM Entities on development and deployment of Standard Sales Processes, Sales Enablement, Training, Reporting and Tools.
- Gain a deeper understanding of internal processes across the sales organization EOE and EAFM and the Business Unit , through interviews with experts and stakeholders
- Coordinates training delivery to sales, sales management, and sales support personnel in the sales organization supported.
- Responsible for implementing an organization of continuous process improvement.
- Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
- Coordinates the standardization and assists sales leaders in identifying on best practices and strategies for Long Term Business Agreements and Terms & Conditions.
- Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization's planning efforts. (Audits / Mistakes dashboards)
- Help identify and install measurement and data collection points
- Conducting current state assessments, evaluate results and present findings.
- Conducting business process mapping and diagramming (current state & future state).
- Generate quality documentation for business processes and workflow, including flowcharts and process narratives.
- Assist in identifying and recommending ongoing process improvement that improve overall operating efficiencies, effectiveness, and internal controls.
- Facilitate intake & (re)design trainings
- Educate business users responsible for managing and operating business Sales processes
- Apply knowledge of business sales process modelling notations to documenting processes.
