We are looking for dynamic, hands-on business analysts for the Measurement & Reporting Track within a group-wide Company Management Transformation Program (Risk, Treasury, Finance).
You have relevant project or program experience in the reporting environment related to Risk, Finance and/or Treasury in large Financial Institutions. You are a subject matter expert in or more of following domains: ALM, Liquidity, Credit Risk, Trading Risk, Insurance or Finance.
You will be involved in the preparation and implementation phase of the program:
Defining the high-level requirements and the high-level to be (business) measurement & reporting processes
Defining, assessing and selecting future-proof reporting and measurement tools
Define migration approach to allow a smooth transition for reporting and calculations from legacy systems to the common new platform
Guidelines and principles on architecture, reporting and migratin
During the execution phase the measurement & reporting track will provide support to the different implementation track(s) both in the feasibility and in the implementation
Candidates should have at least 5+ years of work experience as (senior) business analyst in a measurement & reporting context in one or more of following domains: Finance, ALM, Liquidity, Credit Risk, Trading Risk or Insurance
Prior (reporting) experience within a Risk, Treasury or Finance department is a plus
Candidates should have an in-depth knowledge of financial instruments, financial markets and understand the structure of a bank and/or insurance company’s balance sheet and its different components
Knowledge of measurement tools from leading vendors such as Wolters Kluwer, Moody’s Analytics… is a plus
Knowledge of reporting tools from leading vendors (SAS, Power BI, Business Objects…)
Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements (COREP, FINREP, ECB Stress Test, ICAAP/ILAAP…)
Knowledge of internal reporting requirements (limit follow-up, stress testing…)
You are a team player, but can focus on individual assignments independently when necessary
You are dynamic, creative and show initiative and like working in an international context

Strong written and oral communication skills in English are a must
