The main responsibility of this role is to define and continuously refine the business development process across all regions, as well ensure guidelines are being followed by each location in support of the Group's long term strategy goals.
Partnering with commercial team on information gathering exercises in support of business development opportunities, the person proactively contributes information to the P&L Business Case analysis ensuring the teams across the regions are consistent in data modeling and outcome is aligned with company requirements.
Creates and delivers presentations/reports on a monthly and quarterly basis for the Global Executive Management and specifically for the Finance Team, focusing on the business pipeline and its developments across all markets.
Primary point of contact for CRM system matters, Support CRM system modification and updates with the IT department
- Enhance the governance of the business development process across all regions
- Guarantee Leadership review and sign-off on Business Case for significant business opportunities
- Certify that the Management team get standardized information on all business developments
- Act as a common point of contact on new business opportunities, including proposal development and project implementation
- Create sales and marketing material for customer and internal presentations
- Follow up new business proposals in response to customers’ Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Work closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis Team around RFP/RFQ business cases
- Support SET member analysis as required
- Partners with Business Analysts in the US on system enhancements and overall reporting
- Proactively challenge and seek solutions when complete bid content isn’t being met
- Recommend cost savings and efficiency opportunities within current business processes
- Execute business analysis and projects, as required
- Further develop & maintain CRM reporting tools developed (QlikView, Power BI, etc.)
- Defines business guidelines for the company CRM system while communicating end user data integrity concerns
- Ensure maintenance of data integrity in CRM system by the commercial team
- Coordinate with IT developers in order to have CRM system continuously improved
