Opel Belgium is setting clear priorities to further grow its Original Equipment part sales into the Opel Network and the Independent Motor Trade Sector (IMT) & to improve the loyalty of its retail customers.
The person we are looking for will be mainly occcupied with the analysis and optimalisation of parts sales from dealers to their customers as well as alaysis and optimalisation of the customer service retention to ghe Opel dealer.
Most of the time will be filled with analysis of information in the existing systems. Besides that there is room for initiatives and support of marketing activities.
The profile we are looking for is somebody who recongizes himself in qualities below:
Selfstarter, esspecially structured and independant working is a must, in combination with the exact monitoring and follow up of deadlines.
Knowledge to work with Excel and is essential, but also have the ability to question the data in the reports and check on correctness.
Show flexibility to be open for support to other Marketing projects, that are organized within Aftersales Marketing.
Internal training will be part of the proces.

Tasks to be covered by the Trade & Service Retention Analyst are described below:
a) Network Reporting Sell Out Support
Trade & Service Retention Analyst should contact dealers to provide feedback about the usage of Opel Sell Out tools. He will be in contact with the NSC, Gedak as suppliers of the sell-out tools and FCS as the holders of the SADE data extraction. (SADE = automated dealer data analysis tool)
b) Trade Club Dealer Database Maintenance
Trade & Service Retention Analyst will maintain and update Opel Trade Club dealer database in the Opel Sell Out tools.
c) Trade Club Customer Database Maintenance
Trade & Service Retention Analyst will maintain and update the Opel Trade Club Customers database in the Opel Sell Out tools.
d) Support Dealer Network (customer registration and validation)
Trade & Service Retention Analyst will support dealer network with the qualification of the trade customers valid for the trade programs.
e) Trade Marketing Actions (communication and follow up)
Trade Analyst will support each with all trade related marketing activities performed.
f) Customer Distribution Lists for Marketing Actions
Trade & Service Retention Analyst should support dealers to update the IMT customer database with necessary information for marketing purposes.
g) Trade Club Customer Audit Files
Trade & Service Retention Analyst will check Trade customer registration and qualifications to maintain accuracy of the customers of the trade program.
h) Network and DMS Communication and Price Research
Trade & Service Retention Analyst should support the Trade Manager for any communication with Trade agencies, DMS providers and any third party related to the Trade & Service Retention Program.
i) Trade Club Payment files
Trade & Service Retention Analyst will approve or reject Trade Club bonus and generate payment files.
j) Sales opportunities analysis
Trade & Service Retention Analyst should use all EIS3 reports to suggest new Original Equipment part sales opportunities.
k) Service Retention via SRT measurement
(SRT stands for Service Retention = customer loyalty to the dealer)
Trade & Service Analyst will check and report on monthly basis the Service Retention level of the dealers.
l) Parts admin Support (RIM)
Trade & Service Retention Analyst will support the Execution Performance Manager for dealer
assistance and admin tasks.
Trade & Service Retention Analyst will make use of Informex reports and develop a structured analysis report that supports the Trade & Collision strategy.
n) Overall Marketing support related to service retention
Trade & Service Retention Analyst will support or participate in the development of Marketing initiatives that increase service retention (eg. Events, Extented warranty programs,…)
The location to work from is the Opel Office in Kontich
Fluent use of Dutch, French and English in word and speech is essential.
