As the Senior Sales Manager you are responsible for Executive support and productivity for West Europe including: France, Benelux, Switzerland, Spain, Italy & Portugal. You will report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing West Europe and work closely with a team of Account Managers (8) and Distributor Support Representatives (3).
1) Expand the network of independent Distributors in your markets and increase the general turnover by:
2) Develop and manage a team of Account Managers to ensure the success of the department: monitor, coach and teach the team members in providing great service to all Distributors they work with. Enhance the team structure to respond to the needs of the markets.
3) Collaborate with the local Marketing Manager to ensure we provide the right support and communication towards our Distributors
4) Represent the Company by participating in international meetings, digital events or webinars, on a regular basis. Deliver company presentations and/or trainings.
5) Represent Nu Skin at local Direct Selling Associations
6) Ensure compliance with local law regarding Sales Compensation Plan, tax status for distributors, and product package offerings per market
