As Senior Tender Executive you will be responsible for managing tender processes of strategic interest to Parkwind and will actively contribute to sourcing new business opportunities in line with Parkwind’s corporate strategy.
Job content:
- Managing Parkwind’s responses to targeted calls for tenders, in an efficient and autonomous manner and in accordance with Parkwind’s strategy and processes:
- coordinating, preparing and compiling bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities;
- coordinating bid requirements, collating, and compiling the required information;
- leading a multi-disciplinary team of internal and external experts throughout the tendering process; soliciting input from and ensuring alignment among internal stakeholders; and
- ensuring completeness of the bid and timely bid submission.
- Preparing the relevant internal documents for the management and/or board;
- Working in close collaboration with and under the oversight of the Tender lead to ensure tender structure and terms are consistent with corporate strategy and mandate;
- Representing Parkwind in interactions and negotiations with counterparties and at industry events with outstanding competence, professionalism, and integrity.
Experience and skills:
- Team player with Master degree;
- 5+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure tendering processes and/or project management, preferably combined with a relevant experience in the offshore/renewable industry;
- Outstanding project and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to manage several workstreams simultaneously;
- Sound time management, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills;
- Strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills;
- Open, pro-active, with a critical mindset;
- Dynamic and rigorous;
- Ability to analyse and synthetize, and to write in a clear and concise style;
- Ability to work well under pressure and capable of meeting tight deadlines;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Fluent in English.
