What is expected of you in our workplace?
- You are responsible for recruiting new candidates as well as new clients.
- You are responsible to take care well of your existing clients.
- You are responsible for the entire sales process from A to Z.
- You negotiatethe conditions, contracts and deals.
- Make a good match between your talented Engineering profiles and your customers.
- Because you are building your own network, it is important to maintain a good relationship with clients and candidates.
- In all this, it is important to achieve your targets, achieve results and enjoy the many incentives.
What do you need to become our new future successful member of our team?
- You need to have a good knowledge of English and Fluent in French and/or Dutch. This way, you will be able to speak to all possible clients and candidates.
- Some experience within the sales sector is a plus.
- Quitting is not an option for you! You embrace challenges like no other and you are a real go-getter.
