For an international company, based in Brussels and specialized in household products and personal care products, Hays is looking for a Key Account Manager to develop and maintain client relationships in Belgium.
As a key Account Manager, you'll be part of the top 3 retail companies in Belgium. You will be responsible for the management and growth of volume for a range of different products. You'll draw up the sales plan and deal with volumes by managing the profitability of the existing customer portfolio.
The ideal candidate has excellent selling, listening and negotiating skills. This candidate has also great analytical skills. He/she is working independently with a results-oriented vision and a team player spirit. He/she is taking initiatives and is perseverant in his/her way of working.
