In connection with end-users and SAP experts you will:
- Ensure an efficient end user support (via email, phone and ticketing system);
- Monitor the activities of our IT provider for the components on which our main applications are hosted;
- Secure the access of users to all RTL Group “Referenced Applications” and comply with authorization policies (segregation of duties, approval);
- Participate actively in the continuous improvement of our system support processes and assist in the set-up of preventive / detective controls.
