As IT Support, you will support the day to day and future solutions and services provided to internal and external customers. You will be a key person to ensure high levels of availability, stability and security of the supported business applications and infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be required to work closely with the IT Manager, IT Validation specialist, Senior Project manager and other members of the IT team.

As part of the IT support team, you will be mainly in charge of investigating, prioritizing and solving issues of level 2 & 3:

• In a Microsoft Windows environment, manage, maintain and troubleshoot corporate infrastructure, including Active Directory, security, LANs, Backup, wireless, firewalls, servers, Exchange 2016 and O365
• Install, test, debug new softwares, hardwares and peripherals
• Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of policies, procedures and associated IT documentation in collaboration with the IT Validation Specialist
• Check regularly and maintain peripheral equipments such as scanners and printers
• Maintain inventories of IT GxP equipments & manage on time their obsolescence
• Train users on supported hardware, software, office solutions
• Take in charge if needed level 1 issues

According to the priorities of the IT department, you participate actively to the analysis, development, implementation and/or improvement of IT solutions and applications (ERP, SQL, SAP, Dematerialization, Automation,…).

In this function, you report directly to the IT Manager. You will be in frequent interaction with all Eumedica departments, suppliers and customers.
