As a member of the global ICT Team, you will be responsible for the performance of global and local ICT services for Europe, and for managing the EU ICT Support and Operation resources. Reporting to the Global head of IT, you will act as the trusted advisor to the European management team and help translate business strategy to IT priorities. You will be accountable to manage and communicate business requirements, making recommendations on how to translate business strategic priorities into accelerated IT enablement programs while professionalizing the maintenance and security of our ICT environment to ensure optimal data and network integrity, availability and efficiency.
Responsible for ICT management across our European sites you will lead a team with members in Germany, Belgium, The Netherlands, Switzerland and Italy. Base location is flexible across these countries, and travel is required across the sites to effectively support the business.
Responsibilities in the role will include but is not limited to: - Execution of Global ICT Support and Operation through defining, deploying, operating and improving service management for Europe, in collaboration with global peers
- Coordination of all European ICT related operational matters, including incident-problem-and change management
- Establishing and improving selected Global ICT services, including clear KPIs and SLAs and taking global accountability for selected services
- Fostering the business adoption of local and global ICT projects
- Representing ICT in the regional management team and translating business strategy into ICT priority projects
- Building and maintaining relationships with ICT suppliers through implementation of global vendor management
- Contributing to the preparation of the European and global ICT budget and ensuring cost effectiveness for the ICT department
