The HR Payroll Specialist will be responsible for:
* You are the point of contact for the employees regarding HR related topics
* Provide information and answers questions of the employees
* Keep overview of the payroll and process employee salaries
* Management of illness and leave, … according to group policy
* Follow up HR project to improve effectiveness
* Analysis and reporting of procedures
Profile of HR Payroll Specialist:
* Bachelor's degree in HR or related degree
* First experience in payroll is a must
* Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a plus
* Problem solver, communicative and professional
