For a client active in the banking and insurance sector and located in Brussels, HAYS Marketing & Communication is looking for a Digital Customer Journey Expert. This position has been created in order to offer its clients the best digital customer experience for their financial needs through the main digital channels (website and app). This company is a big player in this sector in terms of innovation, new ways of working and in their customer-centric approach.
As a Digital Customer Journey Expert, you're the person in charge of the optimization of the digital customer experience within a specific segment. To do so, you'll analyze the needs and behaviours of the customers when using the digital channels and use these insights and from scratch, design, develop and optimize customer journeys for a better customer satisfaction rate and loyalty. Next to conversion optimization, you'll also help on the run of commercial campaigns to drive traffic towards digital channels (paid and social media).
For this profile, we're looking for candidates with a degree and relevant experience from 3 to 10 years in a position linked to digital innovation (e-commerce, digital strategy, digital innovation, ..). A strong interest for the insurance and banking sector and a passion for the digital world is expected. We expect candidates to be customer-oriented, entrepreneurial, creative, project leader, innovative, team player, pragmatic, solution-oriented, proactive, assertive and able to work with many stakeholders. A fluency in French and/or Dutch and in English is required.
