Pietercil Group is an international broker acting as an independent sales & marketing organisation for "fast moving" consumer products (FMCG), operating in Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and France.
On behalf of our clients (large and medium-sized A-brand manufacturers) and through excellent contacts with both Retail and Out of Home, we take care of the supply chain, the marketing and the commercialisation of several brands. (About 100 among them: Del Monte, Canderell, Suzi Wan, Lindt, Weetabix, Haagendazs, Hak, Duni, Zip, Energizer, Wilkinson, Yoplait, ... ).
In each country we strive for market leadership. Our group has a turnover of €300 million and employs >200 people.
In this role you will be responsible for the analysis and optimization of our business processes, based on business requirements and best practices. You are in very close contact with our customer service department and you are responsible for the prioritization of issues logged, the testing and implementation. You write and maintain customer service en claims procedures and provide training to end-users.
You will support new and existing systems (AX, EDI, Qlik…), evaluate the adequacy and recommend improvements to those systems in accordance with market strategy / requirements
You will be involved in improvement and integration projects and align therefore with the different stakeholders. You work closely with other departments such as IT, Supply Chain, Finance and Sales.
You will be back-up for the order entry of the Customer Service Team & support them with ad-hoc analysis
You will report to the Customer Service Manager
