In the context of energy transition and energy market liberalization, haulogy is successfully contributing to the transformation objectives of its customers in the energy and utilities sector by offering modular and scalable management software and relevant business and IT services in a long-term partnership approach.

In this context, haulogy is expanding its portfolio of software solutions for the Energy market and is looking for a: BUSINESS CONSULTANT (M/F)

• Learn and master the business processes related to the liberalised European energy market in order to advise and assist the client in aligning business needs with IT products functionalities, in finding the right operational solutions and in enabling the processes & IT compliance with the market regulatory framework.
• Learn and master the functionalities of haulogy products in order to become the business/functional expert of the product(s) installed at the customers you manage.
• Manage the operational support of haulogy applications in the customer's landscape.
• Ensure customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
• Be the interface between your customers and internal haulogy teams.

• You have a Master's degree (business or industrial engineering)
• You have a first experience in business processes definition
• You have a good knowledge of SQL and XML languages. Knowledge of unix scripts is a plus.
• Good knowledge of NL/EN/FR.
• You have an analytical mind, you are methodical and rigorous.
• You are a good communicator and have a customer focus.
• You have experience in operational management.
• You have team spirit, initiative, resourcefulness and autonomy.
• Experience or knowledge of the energy sector is a plus.
