In this new role, you will be the point of contact for resins and applications. * Perform root-cause analyses for quality issues and come up with solutions * 5 to 10 years of experience with resins, coatings or additives, preferably in construction applications (flooring, sealers, adhesives, concrete coatings) * Strong background in formulation, processing, and testing of coatings * Fluency in English which is the working language, knowledge of Dutch is a surplus
