Periodic analysis of operations organizational structure to 's staff members. We apply science and our global resources to bring therapies to people that extend and significantly improve their lives through the discovery, development and manufacture of healthcare products. This position has direct responsibility for the overall management of the outbound logistics/operational activities at Zaventem Logistic Center for both Intercompany customers, (sites and markets) and third party distributor markets. The incumbent ensures that processes, procedures and controls are in place and adhered to, and develops and maintains well trained and motivated colleagues in support of the Zaventem Logistic Center commitment of satisfying the customers 100% of the time.
