He/she , and acts as the key contact for End-2-end Customer Order Fulfillment management for BD Key Accounts in Europe, reporting to the OF Associate director, EMEA. * Operationalize the targeted operating model for “ OF value delivery for Key Accounts”, by aligning resources, capabilities, org structure, culture and incentives to deliver on the strategy and improve customer and associate experiences. Enabling them to act as a single supply chain point-of-contact for Key Account management for a set of Key Accounts, Equip the team with advanced OF analytics capabilities (powerful CX metrics & effective analytics capabilities, …) which allow meaningful performance organization and with Key accounts (OF 360°)
