We are urgently looking for a professional and highly motivated e-Commerce Specialist Aftermarket Sales Benelux. This position is a Benelux role and can be based at our local office in Brussels (Belgium) or at our local office in Alphen aan den Rijn (the Netherlands). Occasional business travel within the Benelux area is part of the role.

To achieve this, we offer a full package of aftersales products, processes and services, varying from spare parts to repair services, from cleaning products to accessories and from extended warranties to insurances. An ever growing part of these aftermarket products are distributed via e-commerce, both through our own webshops and through those of our retail partners.
The aftermarket sales business is led by the Ownership solutions team. We are expanding this department with an e-Commerce Specialist, who will create an innovative online environment that delivers a best-in-class consumer experience. You will take the full responsibility of the further development of the AEG/Electrolux/Zanussi webshops for the entire Benelux organization, including other external trade platforms where we sell our products online.
You will organize the processes around our e-commerce activities efficiently and keep the platforms up-to-date with the right content, the right structure and the right design. You will maintain and grow the webshop offering. While working together with our external marketing agency, you will manage the SEO/SEA/advertising expenses related to our e-commerce activities to make sure we optimize our return on investment.
In this position, it is important to accommodate both your national and international stakeholders. Within the Benelux organization, you will work closely together with the departments Consumer Marketing and Trade Marketing Operations to maximize SEO/SEA efficiency, growth, profit and market penetration and to align specific campaigns and promotions, as well as with the Aftermarket Sales Assistants in the Benelux organization to plan and execute. You will also build relationships with the Product Line and Sales departments of the product ranges within home appliances. As you stay up-to-speed with the latest developments in e-commerce, you will challenge all your local stakeholders to keep up. On an international level, you will also have regular contacts with the European e-Commerce team in Stockholm to plan and execute and to align the local needs and expectations with the international e-commerce strategy.
