We are seeking a polished, proactive, and professional individual who will be dedicated to supporting the in-house Crestron facilities teams. In this role, you will assist the Corporate Real Estate & Workplace Services department while also working closely with multiple internal business units and a number of 3rd party vendors in a firm that cultivates a close-knit and collaborative corporate culture.
As the Workplace Services Manager, you will be responsible for the overall function of the facilities team and facility management services for Crestron leased properties throughout Europe, India, Asia and Australia.
The Workplace Services Manager executes the facilities program management plan designed to achieve the business objectives pertaining to physical facilities and the facilities teams within the portfolio, deliver services within budget, institute and drive the established CREWS protocol/procedure, request/review/approve/issue contracts and invoices related to various scopes of work, act as the primary liaison for the CREWS department in the specified regions, report to Director of CREWS located at headquarters in New Jersey USA, and continuously review existing conditions/procedures for improvement wherever possible to ensure exceptional service. This role will also be responsible for the facilities team members within the region(s) and will navigate HR issues, regular reviews and objective setting as well as managing outside department feedback.
