Your responsibilities

- You will develop a deep understanding of Uniper's international business and corporate environment through the audit and advisory activities
- You will develop your technical, operational and interpersonal skills
- You will experience interacting with stakeholders at all levels across the business and working in an international, diverse team with colleagues having different professional backgrounds
- As a member of the audit team, you will be actively involved in audits and will therefore gain a deep understanding of the full audit process
- You will have the chance to take on responsibility within the audit process as well as in the Internal Audit team
- You will have the opportunity to improve structures and processes through audit recommendations which contribute to the success of the business and add value through continuous improvement
Your profile
- A successfully completed degree focusing on Business Administration, Engineering, Law, IT or comparable
- Interested in getting a good understanding of the principles of Governance and Control
- Relevant internships and/or working student placements
- Intercultural experience is crucial, experience abroad is a plus
- Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity to make a difference in our business
- Analytical thinking and pursuit of continuous improvement with a hands-on mentality
- High affinity to digital topics and fun in dealing with new technologies during daily audit work
- Advanced interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in English language, both orally and in writing; German language skills are an advantage

As a Graduate in the Trainee Program, you have the opportunity to get to know different divisions and to gain valuable experience. The 18- to 24-month program based in Germany with a combination of pre-defined and flexible stations also includes the opportunity to gather international experience and to work in various business units.
