Supplier financial management
Develop and execute a regular commercial and consumption related supplier and service reporting to ensure an effective steering of Uniper IT's outsourcing and strategic partners as well as an competitive environment.
Perform End to End settlement activities, e.g. invoice, cost and volume allocation, charge back management
Manage and facilitate volume and cost related planning activities, e.g. forecasting- and mid-term
Simulate and track financial effects for Uniper Group as Financial Impact Analysis and Business Case Calculation e.g. in case of new contracts and/or strategic di-/investments
Take over project leadership to provide commercial expertise to Uniper projects with supplier involvement to ensure professional and optimized services
Consolidate, optimize and automate transactional processes within Financial Management
Consult and support updates of sourcing strategy by delivering commercial related input, KPIs and benchmark results with the objective to evaluate strategic options, criteria and decision parameter for supplier optimization.
Manage and facilitate regular commercial & consumption communication with key stakeholders, such as IT Service Owners, Contract Managers, Application Owners, Uniper IT Lines of Business, Procurement, Controlling and Accounting.
