Do you have a technical background, for example within Engineering, and do you have solid knowledge of and experience with Vestas/MHI Vestas turbines? Are you an experienced Technical Instructor, and do you have outstanding coaching skills? Would you like the opportunity to educate and mentor a team of Technicians in our Authorised Technician (AT) Education Program?
…be responsible for delivering the AT Education Program for Operations, and for updating and maintaining the AT Education Program in line with industry standards and operational needs. In addition, you will act as the mentor for Technicians in the AT Education Program, as you will provide them with support when needed.
Reporting to the Manager of Training Skillset, you will become part of the Operations Support function of our organisation.

…is a highly experienced Technical Instructor, and has an Engineering degree or similar. You must have in-depth knowledge of and experience with Vestas/MHI Vestas turbines (V164 or V112/117), and a strong background working with Wind Turbine Safety Rules (WTSR) with RUK or Safety-On.
You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and enjoy coaching and acting as the mentor for new Authorised Technicians. Your approach to your tasks must be highly structured, analytical, detail-oriented and proactive. In addition, you must have strong organisational skills, and be flexible for travel activities.
