Introduction
One of the logistics department's tasks is to do technical maintenance of vending machines located around the Belgian border. This maintenance can be software-related or more technically related.
Whether or not maintenance is necessary is defined by accurate online monitoring of possible technical or electric fail-overs and happens according to our suppliers' agreements.
Currently, Satellic is looking for Technical administration support for the logistics department.
Your responsabilities
The role of the technical administration support is to remotely monitor whether or not there are technical or electrical incidents, organize the maintenance in collaboration with our suppliers, organize testing and software releases.
Additionally, the function consists of giving daily operational support to the head of the department:
- Prepare management presentations and participate actively in meetings.
- Take the meeting minutes.
- Verification and validation of incoming invoices

Must have

- Communicative, sociable, and assertive
- Can work independently in a structured environment.

- Show initiative in a flexible and international environment
- Hands-on, no-nonsense mentality
- Affinities with a technical environment
- Good knowledge of Dutch or French, a good knowledge is a minimum requirement.
Degree and years of experience
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience
- Reporting Creation, Visualisation, and Evaluation
- MS Office
- Management assistance
- Supplier Management
