Due to our continuous growth, for our subsidiary FAUN Belgium we are looking for a Technical Service Manager Garbage Trucks and Sweepers (m/f/x)
What you will do:
- Follow up on the FAUN fleet in Belgium by updating all data required
- Conduct product trainings for operators and technical staff of the customers, follow up on the independent workshops, train their staff and offer them technical support as needed
- Manage the follow-up of service contracts
- Take responsibility for warranty claim handling
- Identify areas of improvement to enhance service quality
- Coordinate and implement new technologies such as electrical and hydrogen drive solutions offered by our company
- Take care of all the incoming demands for technical support and communicate with our different plants regarding the technical support needed
- Prepare tactical plans together with all members of the FAUN group and contribute to implementing them
- Establish a strong connection between our company and the end users
- Develop related technical documentation
- Organise a helpdesk for customer support within Belgium and provide support to the sales department
What are the requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electromechanics or similar qualification
- Good management abilities
- Technical experience and product knowledge are an advantage
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and French both spoken and written as well as in German and/or English
- Familiarity with common computer applications
- Detail-oriented, reliable, independent working style along with a team player approach in an international and multicultural organisation
- Initiative and a sense of responsibility along with an interest in technical developments in relation to a future carbon-free society
- Willingness to travel (to customers across Benelux and occasional visits to our factories in Europe) and to work from home
