Your task in this role will include
- First point of contact for colleagues and customers (B2B) for all technical questions, both by telephone and e-mail
- Provide remote information and advice to the specialist retailer when repairing white goods.
- Advising the trade on the spare parts to be used (including prices, availability) and how to install them.
- Working proactively on proactive solutions for our customers (B2B and B2C)
