As a second line support engineer at Baloise Insurance you’ll be part of a team that works closely with all aspects of the business. You’ll be responsible for analyzing incidents and will take initiative by providing solutions through the correct channels, always making sure SLA’s are met. You’ll also evaluate and, if necessary, improve existing procedures.
