Introduction
Reporting to the IT Manager, and working strongly with the ICT team, the Super User ERP will be specifically targeted with the implementation of our new ERP solution and platform. The individual is expected to be the ERP knowledge center within our department and take care or collecting, distributing and sharing knowledge. In addition, the Super User ERP ensures the continuous improvement of the ERP platform and its processes.
Your responsibilities
- You support the ICT team by mainly
- implementing the ERP solution
- translating the solution into the operational processes
- functioning as a helpdesk after the implementation and set-up
- You’re responsible for the entire implementation of this project
- You provide a high level of expertise and support on all ERP related issues
- You trouble-shoot ERP related issues
- You proactively identify problems and recommend effective solutions
- You provide support in operational issues
- You train colleagues on the platform functionalities and capture, maintain user feedback
- You translate the ERP complexity into clarity for a wider audience to understand

Your profile
- You are an advanced ERP user with a consulting mindset
- You have strong skills in computer science
- You have a good knowledge of implementation techniques
- You have skills managing complex projects with internal customers and internal stakeholders
- You prioritize workload with great attention to detail
- You have outstanding communication skills and a service oriented personality
- You are experienced in supporting, training, helping others
- You speak and write fluently in Dutch and English
- Knowledge of IFS is a great asset
