As a Senior PPC Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you will control and optimize our PPC activities in all European markets (DE, UK, AT, BE, FR, NL, LU) and make a significant contribution to the further development our PPC strategy.

Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for several PPC accounts in our international markets (DE, UK, AT, BE, FR, NL, LU)
- Planning and management of the budget while ensuring that goals are being achieved
- Support and optimization of the ongoing PPC campaigns based on KPIs
- Continuous conceptual and strategic development of StepStone's PPC activities
- Observe the market, trends and competition in the PPC environment
- Deriving and implementing concepts to further optimize and realign our activities
- Identify topics for own projects and manage them end to end
Your profile
- Two to three (or more) years of professional experience in performance marketing with a focus on PPC
- Strong analytical skill set
- Relevant experience in handling performance marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Search Console, Web Analytics, Bid Management or Tag Management
- Proactivity, strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Fluent English skills, German is a plus
