At Codabox, the Service Manager acts as the customer Success manager for all his serviced accounts. (Banks, Corporates sending e-invoices and software partners connected through api’s)
You are a trusted advisor, a true CodaBox e-invoicing expert helping and guiding customers by not only setting-up the e-invoicing service, but also helping them getting the most out of our service. It's your goal to optimise the customer's experience and build long-term client relationships by proactively managing the entire customer lifecycle: from onboarding, to the adoption phase and to retention.
