We’re looking for a Senior Segment Manager Property Builders to join the Marketing team at Immoweb. You will be responsible for the inside-out (segment) view and outside-in (buyer & user) view of the Property Builders segment. You will have an in-depth understanding of their needs through research and analytics.
You will be the driving force to build the Property Builders segment. You will identify key drivers for differentiation and growth. You will map out the opportunities on how to get, grow and retain this segment. You will be responsible of business cases, determining price setting and creating roadmaps. You will work in close cooperation with Sales, Product Owners, IT, Customer Care and your fellow Segment and Marcom team. You will identify action plans and be responsible of their implementation. You understand how IT is structured and organized in companies in order to move things forward as you will be the bridge between Marketing and Product/IT. You will organize sales trainings. You will develop relationships with the segment.
You will be responsible for establishing the development of the Property Builders segment. In other words, you will define and implement the Property Builders segment strategy. You will be responsible for the business and financial results of this segment.
Build a profound understanding of the Property Builders segment via data analyses, market insights, regulations, trends, competitor analyses, the eco-system, buyer personae’s, customer journeys and their needs, products, etc.
Define the strategy, unlock new segment opportunities and drive the implementation to ensure a positive impact on get, grow & retain.
Provide business cases to support the strategy and give clear recommendations on action points needed.
Determine & manage the price setting, budget and revenue.
Ensure the profitability and adhere to the forecast.
Create a differentiating segment portfolio based on value propositions.
Identify the key target audience for these value propositions.
Collaborate closely with product owners to translate the value propositions into a winning product portfolio and concrete product and service development.
Translate the needs into clear business requirements.
Define the processes, SLA’s and General Conditions.
Creates a roadmap for the Property Builders Segment.
Establish the go-to-market strategy and plan, including:
Translate the strategy into clear Marcom briefings
Support the marketing communication manager and the sales colleagues in building targeted strong marketing campaigns and messaging
You will develop toolkits and give regularly in-depth sales trainings
You will develop relationship with the Property Builders segment
