The job
- Within the technical team, you are in charge of management, evolution and troubleshooting of our internal and customer infrastructure.
- On the top of our business platform, you work with the support teams to investigate, understand and solve platform issues to bring the best service to our clients. On the other hand, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of our internal and external platforms and will cooperate with all other teams in the operations area (delivery, development and support) in order to ensure systems are running effectively and efficiently to the organization’s needs.
- You will be also involved in implementing our solutions within the networks of our customers.
Required Skills and experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of systems engineering experience
- Proficient with Microsoft operating systems
- Knowledge of Azure and/or other Cloud Computing Services
- Knowledge of Network fundamentals and firewall management
- Basic knowledge of Gnu/Linux based systems
- Scripting/automation abilities
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues
- Attitude to team working
- Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Skills and experience
- Previous DevOPs experience
- Experience with configuration management systems
- Good english communication skills
