Senior Digital Marketeer

Immoweb federates and develops its activities based on the largest national audience and the best Real Estate offer coming from the private owners and the Real Estate Professionals (real estate agencies, property developers and notaries).

Immoweb is part of the Axel Springer SE Group, one of the most influential media players, not only in the European market, but also in the emerging markets. 

Your responsibilities

We’re looking for a digital marketeer to join our marketing communications department and will be working on exciting and innovative projects for our financial and adjacent media services. Immoweb, as a means of communication, is one of the most visited Belgian media, offering different solutions in a sector closely linked to real estate transactions and moves.

You will help to grow the new services such as the financial services (mainly B2C offering) and the new media offer (B2B offer) by implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing strategy.

For this position, you will be working closely with the Project Lead of each initiative.

The responsibilities/tasks

  • Plan  and evaluate all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email and social media and follow up the execution by an external partner
  • Testing of new campaigns before scaling
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with external partners and challenge the suppliers
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Your profile

  • You are fluent in Dutch or French
  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • At last 3-5 years of proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Ability to materialize ideas
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Good communications skills; spoken and written.
