To accommodate our growth, we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Security Service Manager based at our EHQ in Mechelen.

About the role

As a Service Manager you ensure exceptional (internal) customer experience by establishing SLA's that align with business strategy, streamlining processes, managing network-security assets and interacting with vendors etc. for ICT Security and Network Services. You are a T-shaped profile able to discuss with your peer service managers and an expert in his/her service pillar.

What you'll do

Functioning as the 2^nd -3^rd line expert for our Security and Network Services
Monitoring the security-services to enable proactive measures to improve the services of his/her Service pillar.
Establishing an incident response program that can detect intrusions on the network and immediately work to recover from those intrusions is critical.
Planning for the changes in the information security technology industry and continuously managing the overall information security program.
Reporting the status of the security service and monitor the performance against KPI’s
The role holder will perform all tasks in accordance with ISO and JSOX quality requirements and taking Nipro values into account
Improving the service of security and network together with the Team Leader Service Managers
You’ll be involved in the BSLR-translation into Operational Service Levels for ICT Security and Networking.
You’ll take part in supplier management by negotiating together with the Procurement Manager and the Team Leader Service Managers on Service Agreements with external Providers.
Having a good understanding of all the technology projects at Nipro to ensure that the information security program can work to fully integrate into each project’s system development life cycle.
Initiate and implement a security awareness program
The role holder will perform all tasks in accordance with ISO and JSOX quality requirements and taking Nipro values into account

What you'll need

You obtained a Bachelors’ or a Masters’ Degree in IT
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
You’re able to communicate and translate IT talks into business language

You are knowledgeable about: ISO 27001, JSOX, Palo Alto appliance, F5 appliance, Cisco appliance, Juniper/Pulse Secure appliance

You have experience with: Azure Cloud App Security, Azure Information Protection, Azure Identity Protection, Azure Advanced threat protection, Office 365 Compliance, Office 365 Threat management and Azure Conditional Access
You are CCNP certified
You are Microsoft AZ-500 Azure Security Technologies certified (or willing to get)
You are Microsoft MS-500 Microsoft 365 Security Administrator certified (or willing to get)
You have a proactive and out of the box mindset
You demonstrate flexibility and mobility to optimize contact with the different business units and entities
You are able to work effectively and efficiently toward goals in a complex, diverse environment with multiple and changing demands
Languages: English is a must, any other language is a plus
