In this function, as an administrative jack-of-all-trades, you arrange quotations, order confirmations, purchase orders, transports, assemblies and keep a close eye on the planning.
You work closely with transporters and ensure that everything is in place so that the mechanics can carry out their work in good conditions and within the agreed deadlines. In addition, you are the point of contact for our Belgian customers and suppliers.
You will speak to them in a customer-friendly and solution-oriented manner and you will be able to inform them correctly about the state of affairs of the projects at any time.
You have a completed bachelor's degree and a first work experience (preferably in construction) and stand out because of your initiative and hands-on approach.
You have an affinity with technology, are administratively accurate and have strong communication skills.
You are stress-resistant, set priorities and can quickly switch between different tasks.
You speak perfect Dutch and French. English and/or German are a plus.
