As our Sales Team Lead: BE & LU, you lead a phone-based sales team for the Belgium and Luxembourg markets. Your team focuses on driving product adoption and awareness by contacting restaurant partners to sell advertising solutions and other ancillary revenue products, like loyalty StampCards.
You and your team will ensure our restaurant partners have a full understanding of the solutions we offer throughout the sales process. That means establishing a successful campaign and maximising commercial opportunities, measuring success by revenue generated and product retention rates.
In this wide-ranging role, it's also your responsibility to:
Provide coaching to Sales team members to improve performance and ensure they work in line with our values and processes
Support the rollout of new products and processes
Drive sales through phone, email and online demonstrations to relevant restaurant partners on our sales target lists
Assess team performance and hold weekly meetings to ensure their goals align with overall business targets
Offer feedback and improvement ideas for the Regional Sales Manager and liaise regularly with other departments
Take the lead in complex and sophisticated sales opportunities, especially with regional key accounts & large accounts
Assist in the recruitment process
Explore, recommend and design new ways of working in partnership with the Regional Sales Manager & Global Sales Strategy and Operations team
Here are the ingredients we need from you:
2+ years' proven leadership experience in telesales or business development
Independent thinker who can utilise data insights to drive maximum impact, growth and performance
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise your workload & meet deadlines
Knowledge of the food delivery and restaurant industry is a plus
Highly organised, with close attention to detail and a range of innovative sales ideas
A team-player mindset, with the ability to improve and grow a talented team
Enthusiastic about continuing your self-development and growth in this job
A customer-centric approach to selling, and strong negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills, and able to network effectively
Perfect French or Flemish (Dutch) and fluent English
