As a Sales Support Engineer you will be assisting Dealers, Consultants, Partners, and Crestron Sales Teams with the design of Crestron AV solutions.
To stay on top of your game, you are required to constantly study and stay up to date on all the new technologies, processes and upcoming challenging new products.
It is, amongst others, your job to create quotes, offer product and design support, rework competitive quotes and perform competitive analyses.
The goal? Help the sales team sell total Crestron solutions and support our employees and customers achieve knowledge on Crestron solutions.
You don’t have to do that on your own: you will be part of the Sales Operations Department, 5 specific teams that support the sales team and customers by coordinating sales strategies, procedures and tools.
Your team, the Sales Support Services team, builds a strong fundament on product and design level and delivers all stakeholders tailor made information.
A bachelor or master’s degree in ICT (Internet of things, security & cloud, security, systems and network…);
Fluent in English, another language is a big plus;
A passion for AV/IT;
Good with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, VISIO);
Motivated and willing to learn daily;
Excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset.
