We are looking for a highly organized sales and operations coordinator to assist with the management of daily business activities, sales support and project management.
- You will become the right hand of the Head of Seller Leads that assists in all the challenges.
- You will serve as a liaison between multiple internal and external key-stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Customer Care, external Call Center, Marcom, Real Estate Agents, etc.).
- You will initiate, monitor and follow up various projects.
- You will coordinate the internal processes and continuously improve them.
- You will prepare in-depth product training sessions and presentations.
- You will act as a sales coach.
- You will provide essential product and pricing information.
- You will prepare analyses and reporting.
- To be successful as a sales and operations coordinator, you should be able to resolve problematic situations efficiently and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- You will enrich the business initiative by integrating feedback from the sales managers and by maintaining regular contacts with the key-stakeholders.
- Ultimately, an outstanding sales and operations coordinator should be able to ensure the smooth daily operations.
