Our new echo telecommunications team are looking for an Operations Assistant at our office in Ronse. The successful operations assistant will work with our sales operations manager in the processing of orders from the telecoms sales team and liaising with core operations in our London office.
Key Role Responsibilities:
•Responsible for actioning sales orders from the echo sales team
•Responsible for the reporting and management of ‘pre in-flight’ orders to relevant stakeholders
•Completion of ad-hoc projects as required to allow for growth of telecoms division through added customer value, additional products and industry innovations
•To successfully communicate with other Radius companies to ensure referral pipeline to telecom thrives

•Experience of working within a fast-growing business environment
•Able to adapt to a broad array of new challenges
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Experience of the telecoms industry also an advantage but not a requirement

•Able to work under pressure to achieve strict deadlines and targets
•Able to manage business as usual requirements in conjunction with ad-hoc value add projects
•Able to work effectively as part of a team and on an individual basis
•Able to communicate effectively with all departments and seniority levels across the business
You speak Dutch, French and English fluently.
